Zet@Setting Material Sorting
Zet@Setting Material Sorting is specially designed for material sorting and hardness testing applications. It is comptaible with Zet@Premium Eddy ucrretn instrument, Material sorting version.
Equipped with intelligent software, a calibration assistant is able to learn a new part family from individual elements of a batch, and automatically create and position an alarm corresponding to the signals of the parts in this family.
In production, the position of a part’s signal in the lissajous figure will define whether or not a part belongs to a family.
The software is compatible with standard sorting sensor sets and special probes.
