Zet@Premium

Zet@Premium is the standard instrument in our Zet@ range, equipped with a touch screen, compact and easy to use.

Designed for defects detection, it integrates easily into a production line and displays inspection results in real time. It can integrate up to 2 inspection channels.  It is the ideal solution for the most frequent Eddy Current defect detection applications.

Another version of the Zet@Premium is available, the Zet@Premium Material Sorting, dedicated to material sorting, hardness verification and heat treatment. It uses up to 8 fundamental frequencies and analyzes up to 2 harmonic frequencies. 

They are compatible with our optional production software, providing comprehensive inspection reports.

Several versions of the Zet@Premium instrument are available for easier integration on the production line.

The instrument is controlled by configuration software, which defines the Eddy Current parameters for the application, including measurement settings, alarm thresholds for defect detection, and sorting thresholds for classification purposes.

Signal analysis is fully performed by the instrument’s electronics, providing real-time display of inspection results.

The device’s opto-isolated inputs and outputs enable quick and seamless integration with the production line.
