Zet@Micro

Zet@Micro is the most economical and easy-to-use instrument in our Zet@ range, designed for defect detection and material sorting.

Thanks to its USB port, it is directly connected to a standard PC and runs under Windows. It adapts to most of the applications offered by CONTROLE MESURE SYSTEMES. 

Two versions are available for easy integration on the production line: blind and rackable.

  • Operating principle

The instrument is controlled by configuration software, which defines the Eddy Current parameters for the application, including measurement settings, alarm thresholds for defect detection, and sorting thresholds for classification purposes.

Signal analysis is fully performed by the instrument’s electronics, providing real-time display of inspection results.

The device’s opto-isolated inputs and outputs enable quick and seamless integration with the production line.
