The Demagnetizing Unit is installed directly on the production line, following the Magnetizing Unit. It is designed to remove residual magnetic fields from the product to prevent interference with subsequent manufacturing processes.
3 versions of the Demagnetizing Unit are available:
Robust, compact with low maintenance, these systems are customized according to custumers needs. Several versions of the Demagnetizing Unit are available depending on the diameter of the product.
These systems comply with international standards such as ASTM, API, BS, AF, DIN, EN, SEP and others.

Demagnetizing Unit AC Tunnel: Like the Demagnetizing Unit AC, it creates an alternating demagnetizing field at 50/60 Hz. The AC Tunnel Demagnetizing Unit is larger, creating more alternating cycles for better demagnetizing.

This new workspace, costing around 2.2 million euros, will enable CONTROLE MESURE SYSTEMES to increase its production capacity, develop its business by conquering new markets, and thus reinforce its position as leader in the NON-DESTRUCTIVE CONTROLE sector.
