Operating Principle of Eddy Current & ultrasonic

Eddy Current and Ultrasonic inspection methods complement each other and, when combined, enable a comprehensive surface and depth inspection of products.

A turnkey technical solution is developed based on the required inspection characteristics. This process can extend to defining the surrounding mechanics or even designing a complete conveyor line.

The inspection is conducted on a fully equipped test bench that integrates both Eddy Current and Ultrasonic systems. Additional control systems can also be incorporated and managed by the supervisor.

All inspection data is collected and processed by the supervision software, which generates detailed reports. The systems can be endlessly configured to create custom test benches that meet specific customer requirements.
