Production Software
Production software centralizes and collects information from Eddy Current equipment to create comprehensive inspection reports. It is used in Non-Destructive Testing applications, notably for the inspection of tubes, bars and wires, but also for the production of individual parts.
It allows :
- signal display
- data processing
- creation and the back-up of individual and/or batch inspection reports with the position of detected faults
- creation of productivity statistics
Inspection reports can be customized and used as proof of control by quality departments and customers. A wide range of production information can be integrated.
This Production software is included in the Zet@Master instrument, but can also be added as an option to the Zet@Micro and Zet@Premium instruments.
A network connection is available from the interface for remote assistance.
