CMS has developed a fully integrated and automated system consisting of a robust mechanical frame with input/output conveyors and a plate centering system. It includes a control station with linear-axis probe holders and multi-channel Eddy Current equipment for conductivity measurement.
The plate is inspected on both sides as it passes through the control station.
The results are displayed in real-time and stored in the Zet@Master for post-processing. A complete inspection report can be generated at the end of the process.
The conductivity of the plate surfaces is visualized as a color mapping, allowing for quick assessment of dispersion.
These probes are combined with dedicated software to produce calibration and acquisition curves, and to output data in S/m -1 or in IACS %.
They are available with temperature measurement for compensation.
