  • Surface/subsurface defects detection thanks to Eddy Current systems: Longitudinal and transverse cracks, scratches and scuffing, corrosion, pitting, lack of material (premature wear, irregularities)…
  • Internal/External defects detection thanks to Ultrasonic systems: porosities (air bubbles or gases trapped in the metal), inclusions (foreign particles or impurities), internal cracks (caused by mechanical or thermal stress), delaminations (separations between metal layers)…
  • Defects related to heat treatment: incorrect hardness, material heterogeneity, incorrect alloy classification…
